Judy Gaye Forrest, 61, passed away at her home on February 13, 2006. She was born on March 28, 1944 in Oklahoma City to Clifford and Eloise (Cooper) Bolin. Throughout her life, Judy was a devoted mother and friend who loved taking pictures and always had her video camera ready at family and church gatherings.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; and her children's father, Charles Forrest. Survivors include her children, Tammy Whitaker and husband Tim, Jeff Forrest and wife Jennifer; brother, DeWayne Bolin and wife Bobbie; grandchildren, Katelyn and Landon Whitaker, and Journey Forrest.

Funeral Service will be held at 2PM Thursday, February 16, 2006 at Baggerley 3/8South Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory
