Billings Kathlene Veronica, 28, was born Aug. 29, 1963 in Long Branch, N.J. She passed away at home in Choctaw on Tuesday, March 10, 1992, after a brief, courageous battle against cancer.
She had previously lived in Choctaw, where she fell in love with her husband. After marriage, the couple resided in Colorado Springs, Co. and most recently in Bullard, Tx. Kathlene was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed cross stitching and participating in school functions.

She is survived by her husband, Gary L., 2 sons, Kyle Lynn and Kirt Thomas, all of the home; her father, Frank L. Covert III, Roanoke, Va.; her mother, Veronica Moyer, Long Branch, N.J.; 2 brothers, David Covert, Roanoke, Va. and Eric Covert, Eatontown, N.J.; a sister, Kelly Adams, Eatontown, N.J.; grandmother, Beatrice Kane, Middletown, N.J. She will be remembered by her many friends for her unselfishness and devotion to her family. She was deeply loved by them and all whose lives she touched, and she will be greatly missed.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 13, 1992 at the Bill Eisenhour NE Chapel with Louis Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw.
