In the presence of God and these witnesses here present, I, William McGuire, being of sound and disposing mind, make this, my last Will and Testament. First, at my death I direct that my personal estate shall be sold and my burial expenses paid therefrom, and the balance remaining after paying said expenses shall be distributed equally among my beloved children: Callie McGuire Cross; Minnie McGuire McPeek; Dora McGuire Warrensburg; Katy McGuire Winslow; Oswell McGuire; Emma McGuire Kunz; Alexander C.
