Noble County Wills



I, William L. Albin of Perry, Noble county, Oklahoma Territory, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, to wit:

All my just debts and funeral expenses including tomb stone for me and my wife shall be first fully paid.

All my personal property and real estate shall be sold and the proceeds divided between my four children: Susan E. Stiger, receiving five dollars, Theodore E. Albins, Sarah E. Kelly and Elsworth L. Albin each shall receive an equal portion of the remainder of the estate.

I appoint Elsworth L. Albin to be executor of my last Will and Testament.

In witness hereof I hereunto set my had this the 22nd day of October, 1900

[note: testimony given when will was entered into probate state William L. Albin died Jan. 20, 1906 in Republican City, Nebraska. The names of his living heirs, their ages, and their place of residence were as follows: Theodore E. Albin, age 49, Celina, Ohio; Sarah E. Kelly, age 47, Republican City, Neb.; Susan E. Stiger, age 46, Danvers, Ill. and Elsworth L. Albin, age 35, Perry, Okla.
