This instrument was filed for record on the 8th day of Mar. A.D. 1910, 11:30 o'clock A.M., and duly recorded in Book 3 on Page 553. Fee $1.00

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF NELLIE JOHNSON.

Know all men by these presents, That I, Nellie JOHNSON, of Kingfisher City, Kingfisher County, and State of Oklahoma, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and discretion, do make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

I give, grant, bequeath and devise to my sister, Mrs. Minnie McKEEGAN, the South-east Quarter of Section 17, Township 16, North of Range 7, West of the Indian Meridian, in the County of Kingfisher and state of Oklahoma; also all credits and moneys due me or to which I may be entitled including my share of the trust funds of the Cheyenne and Arapahoe Indians, except Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) which I grant, bequeath and devise to my Father, George H. JOHNSON.

I hereby appoint said Minnie McKEEGAN, as Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and request that no Bond be required of her.

In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand at the City of Kingfisher and State of Oklahoma, this 11th, day of July, A.D. 1908.

We the witnesses hereto are residents of Kingfisher County, State of Oklahoma, certify that we and each of us, in the presence of each other, and in the presence of Nellie JOHNSON, who signed the foregoing instrument, and at her request witnessed the said Nellie JOHNSON signing said instrument, and that she signed said instrument in our presence, and declared the same to be her last Will and Testament and that we signed our names as witnesses in her presence, and in the presence of each other.

In witness whereof we hereunto sign our names at the City of Kingfisher, in Kingfisher County and State of Oklahoma, on the 11th day of July, A.D. 1908.

I, Mary CROSTHWAITE, Clerk of the County Court of Kingfisher County, State of Oklahoma, do hereby certify the above and foregoing to be a true full and complete Copy of LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF NELLIE JOHNSON, DECEASED, in the therein entitled cause, as the same remains of record in my office.
