The Oakland Cemetery is the largest cemetery in LeFlore County, located on the south side of Poteau. This is only a partial survey of Oakland Cemetery, and was recorded July 9, 2004 by Sheryl McClure. There were many broken-off markers, and some were so weather-worn as to be unreadable.
