Dorothy Faye Bevill Wiedower
1932 - 2007

On October 1st, 2007, our beloved Dorothy Faye Beville Wiedower was called home to rest. Dorothy was a kind, caring and loving woman who touched the lives of many. She was born on January 15th, 1932, in Panama, OK to loving parents, Jimmy O. and Edna Hershel Bevill. Her life changed in 1947, when she met and married Mr. Floyd Wiedower. The couple moved to Muskogee, OK making it their home. Dorothy was a loving wife and mother. She was fun and easy going. Her laughter was contagious. She will be remembered for her compassion for her fellow man and her positive and nurturing spirit. The family waiting for her at heaven’s gate are her husband, Floyd Wiedower, Sr. son, Floyd Wiedower, Jr. and her parents.

The family she leaves behind to cherish their fond memories of her include her daughters, Lisa F. Wiedower Graves (Juan Torres), Becky O’Donnell and Diane Wiedower, all of Muskogee, OK. Special grandson she raised as her own, Bobby Allen Graves, along with eight other grandchildren. A great-granddaughter whom she also helped to raise, Angelina O’Donnell along with five other great-grandchildren. Two sisters Barbara Curtis, Wagoner, OK and Betty J. Smith, Wilsonville, AR along with several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

The service of remembrance will be held on Friday, October 5th, 2007, 10:00 am in the Ragsdale Funeral Center “Ragsdale of Respect” with Rev. Gary Mitchum, Sr. pastor of New Zion Baptist Church, serving as officiant. Her final resting place will be at Fairview Cemetery.
