July 4, 2006Rayford Martindale, 91, passed away June
30 in a local nursing home.
He was a retired farmer and salesman and an Army Veteran of
WWII. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Pocola.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna, and one son,
Billy Rayford Martindale.
Survivors include one step-daughter, Mary Pryor of Maryland;
one grandson and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at First Baptist Church, Pocola,
with burial at Macedonia
Cemetery. McConnell Funeral Home, Greenwood, was in charge
of arrangements.
