Clayton Udell Gibson, 71, of Poteau, passed away May 19, 2005,
at Fort Smith, AR. He was a retired route salesman. He was a
member of the First Step of Faith Church in Poteau and a life
long resident of Leflore County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.N. and Edna (Coker)
Gibson, a daughter, Rhonda Henson and a brother, Wayne Gibson.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Gibson and wife Lynn of Poteau,
David Gibson and wife Beverly of Spiro, one brother A.W. Gibson
of Glendale, AZ, five grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren. He is also survived by the mother of his
children, Patsy Gibson.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday May 21,
2005 at Reichert Cemetery with Rev. Leon Glenn officiating.
Interment to follow under the directions of Grace Manor Funeral
Home of Poteau.
