Ruby Jeanette Beveridge, 92, of Poteau, passed away Monday, Aug. 2, 2004, in Heavener. She was born Dec. 5, 191 at Williams. She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Poteau and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Beveridge; her brothers, Marvin Weaver, Clearence and Henry Weaver; sisters, Anna Mae Ward, Lucille Cantrell and Ona Weaver.

Survivors include one brother, Carl Weaver of Poteau; one sister, Geneva Durham of Kansas City, Kan.; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved noes; and a host of beloved friends.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4 at the First Free Will Baptist Church of Poteau with the Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery at Poteau under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau
