HEAVENER - Edward Charles Wilbanks, 86, of Heavener died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2000, in Fort Smith. He was a member of Perry Chapel Baptist Church in Heavener.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday in Dowden Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener with burial at
Mount View Cemetery in Howe.
He is survived by two brothers, Ted of Heavener and L.G. of Tulsa.
