Kathy Westmoreland, 45, of Fort Smith died Sunday,
Jan. 20, 2002, in her home. She was a homemaker.
Graveside service will be noon Tuesday at Old Bokoshe Cemetery in Bokoshe under the direction of Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
She is survived by her companion, Rick Tipton of Fort Smith; a daughter, Carol Phelan of Fort Smith; a son, Charlie Hewett of Lavaca; a sister, Trena Haynes of Spiro; three brothers, Roger Hewett of Portland, Ore., Charles Hewett of Marysville, Calif., and Ronald Hewett of Bokoshe; and three grandchildren.
