Dennis Stacy, 77, of Heavener, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2002, in Norman. He was a lifelong resident of the area, a retired carpenter and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Bandy and Donna Mattox, both of Moore; two sons, Gary of Howe and Ron of Jacksonville, Texas; three sisters, Lona Bowman of Heavener, Eudena Bowman and Beulah Victor, both of Poteau; one brother, Gene of Howe; 12 grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremiah and Melody Mattox, Zachary and Miranda Bandy, Misty Cotton, Melissa, Mandi, Lindy, Gary D., Shauna and Kyle Stacy; three great-grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter and Erica.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 29 at Dowden Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in
Mt. View "Glendale" Cemetery in Howe under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home of Heavener.
