June W. Smith, 79, of Poteau, passed away Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003. She was born June 9, 1923 at Keota. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Franklin and Edna Mae (Porter) Morris; one daughter, Carol Ann Robison; one son, Jackie Robison; and one granddaughter, Tamie Robertson.
Survivors include one daughter, Christine Van Da Griff of Poteau; one son, Frank Robison of Poteau; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one niece, Cathy Smith and husband Jim; one sister, Margie Bogle of Monroe, La.; two nephews, Gary Morris and wife Judy and Harold Sanders.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with the Rev. Jeff Little officiating. Burial will follow in
New Hope Cemetery at Spiro under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
