PANAMA — Rachel Ann Patton Romine, 72, Panama, died Sunday, May 6, 2001, in
a local nursing home. She was born Oct 31, 1928, in Bokoshe. She was a
homemaker and attended Assembly of God. She was the widow of Johnny Patton.
Graveside service will be 2 pm Thursday at Old
Bokoshe Cemetery under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home,
Poteau.
She is survived by her husband, Jennings; five sisters, Donna Yost, Mannteka,
Calif., Retha Carver and Doris Cantrell, both of Dallas, Essie Adams, Panama
and Minnie Edwards, Marysville, Calif.
