Pearl Ann Doyle-Powers
February 10, 1937

Pearl was the second child born to Samuel Lafayette and Martha Francis Hughes-Doyle. Pearl was born on November 1899 in Black Ford, Arkansas. Pearl married F. E. (Finley Erastus, Rass for short) Powers of Hodgen, Oklahoma. To this marriage six children were born; James Estel, Elsie Lorene, Wilda Lee, Harold D., Harland William and Martha Ann. Pearl died February 10, 1937 at home in Hodgen, of pneumonia just 11 months after her last child, Martha was born.

Pearl is survived by her husband, children all of the home. Mother, Martha Francis of Hodgen; Brothers; Samuel and Bill Doyle both of Hodgen, sisters; Vi, Maude, Cornella and Mary all of Hodgen. Sisters; Mandy and Emma preceded her in death.

Pearl Ann Doyle Powers is buried at Hodgen Cemetery with her husband,"Rass" and son, Harlen William. Harlen was born 02-10-1934 in LeFlore County, Oklahoma and died 01-11-1996.

Elsie was born July 5, 1922 to F.E. and Pearl Ann Doyle-Powers in Hodgen, Ok. Elsie married Raymond Permenter on February 4, 1939 in Oklahoma. To this marriage eight children were born; Raymond Lee, Monroe James, Charles Edward, Nina Mae, Ronnie Dean, Brenda Kay, Micheal and Phillip. Elsie died and is buried at the Zoe Cemetery. Raymond died in 1997 and is buried next to Elsie. Zoe-Stapp Cemetery
