Minnie V. Pipkins, 86, of Spiro, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002, in Pocola. She was born May 5, 1916 at Pocola to Manuel and Annie Mae Lane Ridenour. She was a retired salesperson from Cowan Jewelry. She was a member of the Murray Spur Free Will Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph Pipkins; one son, Billy Ralph Pipkins; and four brothers.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Williams and husband Buddy of Pocola; one brother, Ide Ridenour and wife Hazel of Spiro; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 at the Murry Spur Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. C.L. Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in
Macedonia Cemetery under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Spiro.
