Thomas Edward Lee, 74, of Panama, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2002, in Spiro. He was born Oct. 19, 1927 at Roswell, N.M. He was a heavy equipment operator/federal parks maintenance. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served for three years during the occupation of Germany, a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was a stunt man in Hollywood and competed on the rodeo circuit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles F. and Katherine Fletcher Lee.
Survivors include his wife Pauline of the home; one niece; two nephew; and other relatives and beloved friends.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1 at the Oakland Cemetery Pavilion with the Rev. Jim Cook officiating, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
