Martin Lamar Ford, 37, of Wister, passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2002, in Poteau. He was born Oct 11, 1965 in Poteau.
He was a member of Church of God 7th Day in Wister and employed in telecommunications. He was a beloved husband, devoted father and friend to all.
Survivors include his wife Danielle Ford of the home; one son, Tristan Ford of the home; his parents, Lamar and Sharon Ford of Wister; one brother, Andy Ford of Wister; one sister, T.C. Sanders of Howe; his grandmother, Betty Jo Ford of Wister; numerous other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 at Church of God 7th Day of Wister with Steve Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in
Oakland Cemetery at Poteau. Pallbearers will be Donnie Ford, Gary Don Ford, Corbin Jarvis, Darrell Henry, Johnny Loggains, Dale Loggains, Bill Thompson and Mark Rainbolt.
