Marian Agnes Carpenter, 89, of Cameron, passed away Sunday, Dec. 22, 2002. She was born July 3, 1913 in Pasadena, Calif. She was of the Episcopal faith, and was a school secretary for 20 years with the Los Angeles public schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Hiram; and one daughter, Alice Esther Berry.
Survivors include one son, Robert Carpenter of Cameron; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Macedonia Cemetery at a later date under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith.

CAMERON — Marian Agnes Carpenter, 89, of Cameron died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2002, in a local hospital. She was born July 3, 1913, in Pasadena, Calif. She was of the Episcopal faith and a school secretary for 20 years with Los Angeles public schools. She was the widow of Harold Hiram.
The body will be cremated with burial at a later date under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith.
She is survived by a son, Robert Carpenter of Cameron; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
