SALLISAW — Gladys Marie Ward, 78, of Sallisaw died Friday, June 13, 2003, in Fort Smith.

Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Mallory Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw with burial at Cowlington Cemetery in Cowlington.

She is survived by her husband, Leon; four daughters, Wilma Breges of LaMirda, Calif., Wanda Munsinger of Whitewater, Calif., Norma Roberts of Buena Park, Calif., and Vicki Wilson of Eugene, Ore.; six sons, Howard and Jimmy Wilson, both of Fontana, Calif., Clifford Wilson of Alta Loma, Calif., Chuck Wilson of Sallisaw, Dennis Ward of Maysville, Okla., and Jimmy Ward of Pocola; three sisters, Opal Patrick of Prairie Grove, Martha Maxwell of Winslow and Mary Martin of Lincoln; a brother, Alvin Lee Shephard of Fayetteville; 26 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Wilson, Mark Ward, Bill Horton, Jimmy Woods, Frank Kyle and John Murray.

The body may be viewed at the funeral home.

The family will visit with friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
