Services for Ira Richard Gamble, 89, Bokoshe, Oklahoma, who died Tuesday at the Haskell County Memorial Hospital in Stigler, Oklahoma, will be at 10 am, Thursday, at the Bokoshe Assembly of God Church with Reverend Walter Swain and Reverend Billy Joe Dunn officiating. Burial will be in the Old Bokoshe Cemetery by Evans Funeral Home.

Born May 9, 1889, at Charleston, Arkansas, to William & Harriet (Long) Gamble he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby, in 1969.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Lucille Dyer of Ruby, Arkansas, Mrs. Bonnie Wilkerson of Bonanza, Arkansas, Mrs. Kiawana Bozarth of Cameron, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Opal Morehead of Odessa, Texas; four sons, Aubrey of Bokoshe, Bonner of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Odell of Owasso, Oklahoma, and Jewel of Coweta, Oklahoma; nineteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
