Blanche Geraldine Keeran Collins, 78, of Okmulgee, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2003 at Tulsa. She was born April 12, 1925 at Williams. She was a homemaker. She married Herbert Gene Collins Sept. 1, 1952 at Checotah.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; her parents, Bryan Keeran and Ethel Byrd Keeran; one brother; and one sister.

Survivors include her husband of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles Gene Collins and Judy Ann of Glenpool; one daughter and son-in-law, Judy Lynn McFarland and Kelly Duane of Jenks; three grandchildren, Tabitha Ann McFarland, Thomas Grant McFarland and Mars Amadeus Collins; many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and many beloved friends.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 5 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with the Rev. W.O. Hatley officiating. Burial followed at Green Hill Cemetery at Cameron under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
