Tim Brasher, 48, of Poteau, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2003. He was born March 16, 1955 at Poteau. He was a mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Ortha (Cagle) Brasher; one brother, Mark Earl Brasher; one son, Joseph Brasher; and two infant sons, Tim and Kevin Brasher. Survivors include four children, James Masters of Central City, Ark., Amanda Brasher and Becky Brasher, both of Poteau and Michael Masters of Hackett, Ark.; four sisters, Sada Harris, Carol Hunter and Donna Thornburg, all of Poteau and Diann Walker of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; two brothers, Lloyd Carroll Brasher of Cameron and Raymond Brasher of Poteau; eight grandchildren; his companion Cathy Nelson of Poteau; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends. Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 27 at Oakland Cemetery Pavilion in Poteau with the Rev. Jim Cook officiating under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. |
