Section E of Pond Creek cemetery is the Catholic section. It was conveyed to the Catholic Church (St Joseph's) in 1897 and early obituaries refer to that section as St Joseph's cemetery. The Catholic Church conveyed Section E back to Pond Creek cemetery 25 years later in 1923. It has been referred to as the Catholic section since that time.
