David Lee Yarger, 49, Norman, died Saturday, July 29, 1995 in Conway, Ark. 

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Weaver officiating. 

Burial will be in South Heights Cemetery, directed by Smith Funeral Home. 

He was born Dec. 20, 1945 in Carmi, Ill. He graduated from Bristow High School and attended the University of Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany. He worked in the Buyer and Supply Systems Division of Unicource of Oklahoma City. 

Survivors include his parents, R.H. and Ruth Yarger, Bella Vista, Ark; a godson, David Rickett, Norman; a brother, Charles Yarger, Edmond; and two sisters, Carolyn Yarger Bruce, Conway, and Sheila Yarger Weaver, Tulsa.

Services for David Lee Yarger were held today in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Weaver, Sr. officiating. 
Burial was in South Heights Cemetery. 

Casket bearers were Tommy Weaver Jr., Bobby Weaver, Robert Yarger, Steven Yarger, Marcus Lawrence and Jim Myers. Honorary bearers were Brian Smith, Carl O'Daniel and Larry Jones. 

Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
