Betty Jane Wilson, 64, 430 Galaxy Place, died Saturday at Saint Francis
Hospital, Tulsa.
Services will be 10:30 am Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church Memorial Chapel
with the Rev. Dr. Thomas Eggebeen officiating.
Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, under the direction of Smith
Funeral Home.
She was born Sep 24, 1924, in Oklahoma City, and had been a Sapulpa resident for
120 years. She moved here from Hominy.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was a charter member of
the Sapulpa Senior Citizens Sertoma Club and served as the club’s first
president.
Survivor’s include sons Marshall Wilson of Sapulpa and Gene Wilson of
Albuquerque, N.M.; brother Joe Kruta of Oklahoma City; and sister Ruth Guideran
of Oklahoma City.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home until 9 am Tuesday and the casket
will not be opened at the service.
