Ralph E. Williams, 79, S, died Monday, June 19, 1995 at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. 

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey and Gerald Rendel officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens directed by Smith Funeral Home. 

He was born July 22, 1915 in Soper. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He retired in 1977 as manager of OG&E after 40 years with the company. After retirement, he became an accountant for the Creek County Industrial Authority. He was a member of First Christian Church, the Chamber of Commerce and was member and past president of Kiwanis Club. 

Survivors include his wife, Marge, of the home; a son, James R. Williams, Newport News, VA; a sister, Helen Raterree, Jacksonville, Fla; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services for Ralph E. Williams were held today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey and Gerald Rendel officiating. Burial was in Green Hills Memorial Gardens. 

Casket bearers were Joe Vanatta, Ed Livermore, Bob Click, Art Atkinson, Brian Grogan and Al Bradley. Smith Funeral Home was in Charge of arrangements
