Mr. David R. Willey, 15, 503 S. Linden, died Thursday.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Assembly of God Church, 210 S. Water, with the Rev. Luis Torres officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Oct 27, 1971, in Fulda, Germany, and was a student at Sapulpa Junior High School.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Irene Stephenson of Norton, Kan.

Survivors include parents Ron and Karin of Sapulpa; grandparents Virgil and Anne Kump of Jennings, Kan., and Laurel and Ruby Stephenson of Phillipsburg, Kan.; great-grandparents George and Esther Kump of Oberlin, Kan., and Nanny Wiscombe of Toronto, Canada.
