Graveside services for Ruth Oilton WILKIE were held December 27, 1998 at the Alberty Cemetery in Westville with Rev. Audie VAUGHT, Bro. Lester WILHITE and Bro. Jeff MORRIS officiating. Services were under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Westville.

Ruth Oilton WILKIE was born March 3, 1915 to George and Edna HAVENS. She was the first baby born in Oilton in a tent beside her father's blacksmith shop. She departed this life December 24, 1998 at the age of 83 years, 9 months and 21 days. Ruth was married to George W. WILKIE in 1932. She was of the Holiness faith.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, George and Edna; her husband, George; an infant son; two brothers and one sister.

Ruth is survived by; two sons, Bud and David, both of Okla.; two daughters, Loretta of Ark., and Virginia of Okla.; seven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
