Tony Russell Whitehead, 29, Sapulpa, died Sunday at Bristow Hospital.

Funeral services are pending.

Whitehead was born May 5, 1964 in Norwalk, Calif. He was a Sapulpa resident most of his life and a Baptist. He worked as a dry wall finisher.

Survivors include parents Paul and Kay Herod of Sapulpa, and Tommy Whitehead of Missouri; brother Steve Whitehead of Depew; grandparents Jack Whitehead of Sapulpa, Dorothy Whitehead of Missouri and Alma Drywater of Kiefer.

Funeral services for Tony R. Whitehead have been set for 11:30 am Wednesday in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Rethford officiating.

Whitehead passed away Sunday at the Bristow Hospital.
