Linda Pearl Whinery, 53, of Sapulpa, died Monday at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Wednesday at South Heights Cemetery Chapel with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Oct 8, 1939, in Tulsa, and lived in Sapulpa for 44 years. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Survivors include father Woody Higgins of Claremore; sons Jim, Bill, Terry and Larry Whinery, all of Sapulpa; brothers Delbert and Dennis Criner of Arizona; sister Dora Faye of Arizona; and 13 grandchildren.
