Anna Mae Weeks, 77, 2502 Moffet Ave., died at 5 pm Friday, July 5, 1996, at Freeman Hospital West after a short illness. 

Mrs. Weeks was born Jan 18, 1919, at Oilton, Okla. She moved to Joplin from Jasper about nine years ago. She was a homemaker. 

Survivors include two sons, Walter Wayne Harter Sr., Buffalo, Texas, and Don Harter, Tyler, Texas; and three grandchildren. 

Graveside services will be at 10 am Wednesday at Stone Cemetery, east of Joplin. The Rev. Larry Six will officiate. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary.
