Willie Watashe, 75, 1202 E. McKinley, died Sunday at his home.

A prayer service is scheduled for 7:30 pm Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at Little Cussetah Baptist Church with the Rev. Willis Knight officiating.

Burial will follow in the Long Family Cemetery.

Mr. Watashe was born on Nov 27, 1915, in Sapulpa, and was a Sapulpa resident all of his life. He was retired from the Riley Southwest Corp. and was a deacon of Little Cussetah Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Angie Bucktrot Watashe.

Survivors include wife Annie; stepson Larry Long of Sapulpa; brothers Ernest Watashe of Glenpool and Joe Watashe of Sapulpa; and sisters Marie Jack of Sapulpa and Mary Ann Crook of Coweta.

Burial was under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casketbearers were Alan Pulver, Jeff Davis, Romeo Chavez, Doug Freeman, Hovvey Perez, Harold Naylon and David Cloud.

Honorary casketbearers were Jesse Watashe, Jim Watashe, James Watashe Jr., Solomon Bullett and Lawrence Watashe.
