Blanche Ward, 84, Tulsa, died Saturday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Tuesday at the Ray of Light Church in Tulsa with Rev. Paul Varnell officiating.

Burial is scheduled to follow at Woodland Cemetery in Sand Springs under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Ward was born Aug 26, 1909 in Knox County, Tenn. She was a Tulsa resident for 33 years, was a homemaker and a member of the Ray of Light Church.

Survivors include husband William of the home, son Jerry Ward of Calif., daughters Cleo Ward of Sand Springs, Wanda Evetts of Haskell and Peggy Wines of Lebanon, Ind., sisters Vola Romines and Vance Jones of Tennessee, 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Blanche V. Ward were held at 10 am Tuesday in the Ray of Light Church in Tulsa with Rev. Paul Varnell officiating.

Burial followed in Woodland Memorial Cemetery in Sand Springs under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. Serving as casketbearers were Mike Potts, Jess Evetts, Johnny Ward, Aaron Osterloh and Jack Wines.
