VOLAND, Billy

Billy L. Voland, 36, Route 7, died Thursday at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, from injuries sustained in a car accident.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Troy Hayes and Doyle Carter officiating.

Entombment will be at Green Hills Mausoleum.

He was born Nov. 2, 1953, in Houston and moved to Sapulpa in 1962. He graduated from Kiefer High School and attended Sapulpa Public Schools and Tulsa Junior College.

Mr. Voland was a member of the Regular Baptist Church in Jenks and past president of Slow Pitch Softball Association.

He was employed as a sales representative for Dixion Brothers.

He married Mary Watts on April 16, 1988.

Survivors included wife Mary; parents the Rev. and Mrs. William A. Voland of Sapulpa; step-daughter Valecia of the home; sister Mrs. Tommy V. (Karen Ruth) Winfield of Sapulpa; and two nephews.

The family will headquarter at the William A. Voland home.
