Stephanie Ann Tolbert, infant daughter of Johnny and Sammy Tolbert, died
Wednesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at South Assembly of God with the Rev. Gary
Thiessen officiating.
Burial will be at the Kellyville
Cemetery under the direction of Ninde Funeral Directors of Tulsa, 39th and
Peoria.
She was born July 7, 1987.
Survivors include parents Johnny and Sammy Tolbert; brother Phillip; and
grandparents Johnny and Bobbie Tolbert and Jimmy and Winona Sharp, all of
Sapulpa.
