TRIBUTE PAID REV. TODD BY MINISTERIAL BODY

The ministers of Sapulpa are deeply grieved by the passing of our brother and co-worker, Charles D. Todd.

Cheerful and optimistic, he brought his vitality of spirit into ministerial meetings; wise, his counsel was always helpful; having had many years of service for Christ in this community. We profited by his knowledge and help in local programs and problems. A man of God, he inspired our love and added to our own spiritual strength.

His is the passing of a friend as Jesus defined friendship. We feel his loss keenly, but glory in what he has gained in entering into the divine presence. We have known for a time that he walked in the imminence of death, but we also knew that he walked in the companionship of Christ.

We join our tears with those of his beloved family, and with them we also join our hope and faith in the certainty of the great reunion of God's saints in the life to come.

THE MINISTERIAL ALLIANCE, M. Rolla Grim, President; W. A. Carter, Secretary.
