Victor Louis “Vic” Snyder, 77, of Claremore, died Jan 1 at his home.
Funeral services were held Jan 3 at Rice Funeral Service Chapel, Claremore, with
the Rev. Bert Snethen officiating.
Burial followed in Oakhaven Memorial Gardens.
He was born Feb 10, 1914, in Sapulpa, and was a 1932 graduate of Sapulpa High
School. He was a retired truck driver and a carpet treater and a veteran of
World War II. He was preceded in death by daughter Edna Smith.
Survivors include wife Virginia Snyder; daughters Marie Langmaid of Sapulpa and
Sue Ann Dildane of Wagoner; sons Danny Joe Snyder and Marvin Snyder, both of
Euless, TX, and Richard Snyder of Fort Worth, TX; step-daughters Sandra Brasher
of Little Rock, AR, Shirley Birch of Deer Park, TX, Diane Snethen, Barbara
Smallwood and Deborah Murphy, all of Claremore; and sisters Mary Kodelka of
Lower Lake, CA and Leona Drush of Mulberry, AR; 29 grandchildren; and 17
great-grandchildren.
