Mrs. John F. (Ina A.) Stephens, 69, of Route 4 died Friday following an extended illness at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Services will be 10:30 am Monday at First Baptist Church with the Revs. Joe Knowles and Archie Rivers officiating.

Burial will be at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

She was born April 7, 1919, in Mountain View, Mo. In 1978, she retired from Sapulpa J.C. Penney's Store after 19-1/2 years. She was a member of the American Business Women's Association, Mary Martha Sunday School class, a Sunday school teacher at First Baptist Church and prior to her employment at Penny's, she was employed at Commander Mills in Sand Springs.

Mrs. Stephens was a member of Sapulpa First Baptist Church.

Survivors include husband John F. Sr.; sons John Jr. of Sapulpa and Joe of Bristow; daughters Patty Parker of Sapulpa, Glenda Horton of Bixby and Joy Ward of Sand Springs; two brothers; two sisters, 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Casket bearers are Mike Ward, Jason Ward, Blake Stephens, Joe Horton, Dave Ullrich, Marvin Lee, Randy Warren and Brent Core.
