Hazel Henretta Stephens, 74, of Kiefer, died Friday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Jonas Partridge officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Stephens was born Feb 23, 1918, in Sapulpa and was a resident of this area most of her life. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Kiefer.

She was married to Forrest Stephens Sep 7, 1935, and served as city clerk for Kiefer for many years.

She is survived by her husband, sons Larry, of Pawnee, and Glen, of Kiefer; a brother Glen BLANKENSHIP, of Muskogee; and sisters Susan Mary ALLEN and Norma Rose PAYLOR, both of Sapulpa; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren,

Funeral arrangements are with Smith Funeral Home.

Funeral servies for Hazel H. Stephens were held today at Green Hills Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jonas Partridge officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Stephens, a lifelong area resident, died Friday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.
