Mrs. Fred (Juanita) Smith, 60, 622 N. Second, died Thursday at her home.

Services will be held at 10:30 am Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

She was born Sep 28, 1931 in Sapulpa and was a lifelong Sapulpa resident. Mrs. Smith was a Baptist.

She married Fred Smith on Feb 16, 1946, in Dardanelle, AR.

Survivors include husband, Fred; sister Wanda Whetstone of Missouri; brother Burl Mongold of Sapulpa; sons Richard Lewis Smith and Robert Paul Smith, both of Sapulpa; daughters Kathy Russell of Mounds, Colleen Houston of White Settlement, TX; and Diana Sue Smith of Chesapeake, VA; 10 grandchildren And 7 great-grandchildren.
