David Wayne Rogers Sr., 31, Bristow, died Thursday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Services will be 2 pm Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Donna L. Cline officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

He was born April 20, 1958, in Sapulpa, and attended Kiefer Schools and Central Vo-Tech in Sapulpa.

Mr. Rogers was an oil field worker and moved to Bristow nine years ago from Sapulpa.

Survivors include wife Dianna; parents Mr. And Mrs. Coleman Rogers of Sapulpa; daughters Raquel Dawn Rogers and Tina Marie Rogers, both of the home; sons David Wayne Rogers Jr., and Dustin Rogers, both of the home; brother Coleman Rogers Jr., of Sapulpa; and sister Colajean Standford of Sapulpa.

The family will headquarter at 1100 S. Park, Sapulpa.
