W. P. RODERICK
Dies Yesterday

William P. Roderick, 98 years old, died yesterday afternoon, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. J. Overton, 1134 E. Jones.

He had been ill for two weeks.

Mr. Roderick, was born Dec. 19, 1849, and had lived here about 32 years, coming here to Sapulpa from Monete, MO. He was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church.

Surviving besides the daughter, are a son, Charles, of Marysville, California, 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held tomorrow at 2 O'clock at Owen-Landrith funeral home Chapel. Rev. J.E. Outlaw of Tulsa will be assisted by Rev.Deyo Jeter of this city in conducting the rites.

Interment will be in the South Heights cemetery.
