Mitchell Tyler Reynolds, infant son of Marvin and Lucinda Reynolds, died Thursday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

The baby was born Aug. 21.

Services are pending with Smith Funeral home.

Other survivors include grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Reynolds and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Mains, all of Sapulpa; great-grandmother Mrs. Carrie Mains of Sapulpa.

Services for Mitchell Tyler Reynolds, infant son of Marvin and Lucinda Reynolds, are scheduled for 10 am Tuesday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Stacey Havlick officiating.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

In addition to his parents, other survivors not previously listed include brother Charles Lynn Lee and sister Lindsay Ann Lee.

The baby died Thursday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.
