Lary Retherford, 46, of Tulsa, died Tuesday at his home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday, at the Turnpike Church of the First Born in Southwest Tulsa with Brother Lewis Wright and Gary Retherford, Lary's brother, officiating.

Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Sep 2, 1946, in Cushing. He graduated from Tulsa Memorial High School in 1964 and attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. He also served with the Army during the Viet Nam War.

Survivors include a son, Jason Retherford of Boise, Idaho; parents, Alfred and Waudean Retherford of Tulsa; brother, Gary of Tulsa; and a sister, Devon Retherford, of Tulsa..

Casket bearers will be Albert Garrison, Charles Rich, Jack Lowe, C. M. Evans, Kenneth Steele and Jeff Lowe.

Funeral services for Lary Retherford were held this afternoon at Turnpike Church of the First Born with Lewis Wright and Gale Retherford officiating.

Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Retherford died Tuesday at his home in Tulsa.
