BRISTOW – Robert C. “Bob” Plum, 66, Bristow, died Sunday at Skyline Nursing Center, Tulsa.

Funeral services are 2 pm Tuesday at Green Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel, Sapulpa, with the Rev. Russell Robold officiating. The casket will not be opened during the service.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

He was born March 9, 1922, in Marble city, Okla. And lived in the Sapulpa and Bristow areas most of his life.

Mr. Plum married Bernice Wilson on Nov 7, 1955, in Pawnee, Okla.

He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, a member of Teamsters Local #523, the Bristow Veterans of Foreign Wars and was a retired truck driver for the roadway Express Company of Tulsa.

Survivors include wife Bernice of the home; sons Melvin Plum of Oregon, Ronald Plum of Sapulpa and Donald Plum of Bristow; daughter Roberta Stapleton of West Monroe, La.; brother Alvis Plum of Bristow; sisters Ruby Williams of Tulsa and Catherine Smith and Ruth McKinney, both of Oklahoma City; and six grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 307 W. Lincoln.
