MOUNDS – Mr. Paul S. Pierson, 68, Mounds, died Tuesday at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa.

Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Sept. 5, 1920 in Sapulpa and lived in the area all of his life.

Mr. Pierson moved to Mounds from Tulsa five years ago and served in the U.S. Army. He was employed at McDonnell Douglas for 30 years.

Survivors include wife Rachel; sons Leonard Ray of Jenks and Kenneth of Glenpool; daughter Sheila Renee of Jenks; step-daughters Kathleen Hoskins and Laura Holmes, both of Tulsa; brother “Jake” Edward Pierson of Oilton, sister Ruby Strain of Sapulpa; two grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
