Mrs. John (Hazel L.) Perrin, 84, Sapulpa, died Friday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 10:30 am Monday at Green Hills Chapel with the Rev. Sammie Lowe officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral
Home.

She was born June 17, 1906, in Snyder, Texas. She lived in Sapulpa for the past three years, moving here from Seattle.

She married John Perrin in 1944 in Prague, Okla.

Mrs. Perrin was a homemaker and member of the Ridgeway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, in 1971.

Survivors include sons Bill Milham of Kent, Washington; daughter Margie Miller of Sapulpa; brother Paul McCain of Sapulpa; sisters Myrtle Dildine of Kellyville and Ruth Axtell of Tucson, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Margie Miller home, 1215 E. Cleveland. The casket will not be opened at any time.

Funeral services for Hazel Leona Perrin were held today at Green Hills Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Sam Lowe officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
