Mr. Ned J. Parks, 63, Sand Springs, died Saturday at Veterans Hospital, Muskogee.

Services will be 10:30 am Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Mounds Cemetery, Mounds.

Mr. Parks was born Jan 17, 1925, in Kiefer, and was a life resident of the Sapulpa area.

He worked as a print dye maker for Homer Box Co. in Sand Springs and was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Survivors include twin Brother Ted of Kiefer, sisters Lurene Herion of Ada, Okla., Unita Walker of Maude, Nada Dunbar of Sapulpa; Wilma Henson of Anderson S.C.; son Charles Hughes of Okay, Okla., daughter Vickie Martin of Tulsa, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
